Studio Dentistico Pieri: a family dentist, redesigned from the ground up
A family dental practice in Genoa asked for a deep redesign. I did it on my own, end to end: content, structure, visual direction and code, built entirely with Claude in two days.

The problem
Good dentists, a site that didn't show it
- Booking was confusing: a form and four different contacts. Which one do you use?
- Treatments were unclear: technical names, little explanation.
- The family was missing: nothing said it's a small practice run by a family.
- No signs of trust: no reviews, no feedback, little about who the dentists are.

What I did
From the old content to a new site
- Content auditI pulled every piece of content out of the old site, to see what was there and what was missing.
- Information architectureA new structure around what patients need: booking, first visit, treatments, the practice.
- QuestionnaireThe practice told me about their patients, their tone of voice and what makes them different.
- Visual directionA benchmark of other practices, then a calm, bright look with real photos of the studio.
- Built with ClaudeDesign and code with Claude, then online. From the first file to launch in two days.
Key decisions
Five things I focused on
A family, and a place you can trust
Father, son and daughter, in the same practice since 1992. That's the strongest thing they have, and the old site never said it. Now it's the first thing you see: the three of them, smiling, in their own studio. Real photos of the people and the rooms show what it is: a small, calm place where someone knows your name.
Booking comes first
One way to book, said clearly: WhatsApp or a call. And an answer to the question everyone has: "you'll usually get your first appointment within the week". On mobile, Call and WhatsApp stay at the bottom of every page.

A page for the first visit
The main use case is someone who has never been there and doesn't know what to expect. The new page walks them through it: how the visit works, step by step, how long it takes, what to bring, children, urgent cases.

Treatments in plain words
Patients don't search for "pedodonzia": they search for a dentist for their kids. Each treatment now has a plain name first, the technical one beside it, and who in the team takes care of it.

Proof that they're reliable
Trust needs proof. The Google rating and the patients' reviews, the technology they use, the year they opened and the happy smiles: each one placed on the page where people make their choice. It helps patients, and it helps search engines too.
